Colonel Karet Morade

Colonel Karet is a Tilotarian colonel, one of Tilotaria's elite. More brawn than brain, he can come off as a bit of a goofball. However, he is not to be underestimated—wielding an axe and frigid Cold magic, his attacks pack quite a bunch.
